At TBL Solutions our desire is to create viable and enduring solutions, to instigate and implement practical change and transformation initiatives for a sustainable and restorative future. We see our role as driving positively forward for the greater good of our home planet and her inhabitants.

Establishment of Awapuni Resource Recovery centre in Palmerston North. Open by Helen Clarke and winner of Green Ribbon award.

Options analysis for Glass Packaging Forum on best glass recycling methods for New Zealand which resulted in separation at source for glass and separate glass bin.

Developed patented SAS Glass Recycling System with seed funding from MBIE and collaboration with www.thefactorynz.co.nz , a start-up incubator

Options analysis and feasibility study for regional plastic recycling initiative at Manawatu Logistics Hub.

Sale of carbon credits through Kyoto Protocol for Landfill Gas project to Austrian Government. Working with www.carbonmarketsolutions.co.nz

Meet Our Core Team

Andrew Slack - Consultant and Coach

Andrew founded TBL Solutions in 2004. His experience is based on a strong foundation of financial and portfolio management in management consulting, technology and sustainability. Andrew’s sweet spot is in Transformation Leadership and Portfolio Management. Andrew has a strong reputation of getting stuff done and solving gnarly problems. Andrew can weave a solution together.

Chris Pepper - Specialist Consultant

Chris has worked with TBL Solutions since 200X. His experience is based on a strong foundation of strategic planning and project management in infrastructure development. Proven independent strategic planning with a first principles approach over thirty years’ experience. Long experience in understanding regulatory, Local Government, and Central Government processes. Chris has a focus on sustainability.

Hilary Baird - Consultant and Coach

Hilary’s experience is based on a foundation of program, change, transformation, stakeholder and change management. She is a Change instigator, business sustainability consultant and coach with multiple years’ experience across varying industries. Strong ethic towards creating the right kind of change at all levels – hearts and minds being the starting point. Hilary specialises in culture and behavioural change and has a sound reputation for building relationships and shifting perspectives.
